Truffle olive oil
Al Tartufo is our truffle olive oil made from Coratina and Ogliarola olives and our secret natural truffle aroma recipe.
The Coratina is a small, fairly dry olive with a mild olive flavor that is complimented by the gently peppered Ogliarola. These olives make for an oil that is not too grassy and not too peppery, giving the truffle aroma a real chance to shine, be the hero in this blend, the star of the show and the main attraction – all without getting too big for its boots.

For the truffle aroma, our grower, Maurizio, uses a secret 100% natural recipe made from fermented herbs, onions and the roots on which the truffles have grown. It’s all rather complicated but the result is an oil infused with a truly terrific truffle taste.
Good truffle oil is highly versatile and is best served with simple dishes such as scrambled eggs, risotto and simple pasta. It’s also great with cheese or drizzled over carpaccio.
